We as the Trustees believe you will enjoy your stay in our complex.

This website has  all the contact details and information you need as a new owner or tenant in the complex.

Security

Please be aware of the rules regarding entry into the complex. Please wait for the gate to close behind you when entering and leaving.

It is your duty to ensure that no-one gains entry to the premises that you are not prepared to vouch for.

Please ensure that any domestic staff maintains the security of the complex.

Driving speed in the property is 10km per hour maximum.

Visitors should dial the number of your unit to gain entrance. Please only open to someone you know!

Please advise us of the contact number you wish to have programmed into the Mircom. We will arrange for this to be done as soon as possible.

We only call the technician out once a month as necessary, so it might take a while to initiate. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Should you require the number to be changed quicker, the call-out fee would be for your account.

Some points to remember

Garden service

The gardens are maintained on a weekly basis on a Friday. Please ensure that their staff are able to gain access to your property. The service provided is to mow the lawn and trim the edges, sweeping and blowing of any cuttings, flower beds are turned every 2nd week, pathways with pebbles are not weeded. Should you have done pruning during the week, please make special arrangements with the garden service to have these removed.  If there is a cost involved, they will quote you for this.  This cost will be for your own account.

Refuse

Refuse is collected on Mondays.  Please put your bin in the refuse area on a Sunday and collect it from the refuse area on a Monday evening.  The bin will be put out by the garden service on a Monday morning and cleaned and returned to the refuse area during the day on Monday.

Postage

There is a post box inside the gate where any letters addressed to your unit at Highbury will be placed.
